At SILVA, we don’t just protect your jewellery, we protect your digital identity, your records, and your peace of mind. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it all secure.

We only collect information that helps us deliver a seamless and secure experience:

  • Personal details (name, email, contact information)
  • Jewellery item data (photos, descriptions, purchase or appraisal history)
  • Usage data (logins, interactions, plan selection)
  • Optional billing info (only for premium subscriptions or insurance add-ons)

How We Use Your Information:

Your data is used to power the services you trust SILVA to deliver:

  • Generating real-time valuations
  • Managing your secure digital vault
  • Sending alerts when the item value changes
  • Preparing ready to use  documentation
  • Supporting integrated features (like policy syncing, if enabled)

We do not share or sell your information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Our Security Infrastructure:

Security isn’t a feature, it’s our foundation. SILVA uses industry-standard protection protocols across all systems:

  • End-to-end encryption both in transit and at rest
  • Secure logins & 2FA
  • Firewalls & continuous threat monitoring
  • Backups & recovery protocols
  • Strict internal access controls

We conduct regular audits and testing to ensure your vault is secure.

Your Rights & Control:

You are in full control of your SILVA account and the information within it:

  • View or update your profile anytime
  • Delete jewellery items from your vault and your account. Please read the T&Cs on the cancellation Policy. 
  • Export your data upon request. Please read Pricing and Subscription packages. 
  • Unsubscribe from communications.

You own your jewellery. And you own your data.

Third-Party Partners:

If you use SILVA through a jeweller or insurer, or subscribe to an upgraded plan, we may collaborate with:

  • Insurance platforms
  • Payment processors
  • Integration services (e.g., valuation archives)

We only work with partners that meet strict privacy and security standards, and we never share your information without clearly informing you and gaining consent.
