Welcome to SILVA, a service operated by Exponenture Ltd, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. These Terms govern your access to and use of the SILVA platform and mobile application. By using SILVA, you agree to these legally binding terms.

SILVA Account Registration: 

  • Create an account with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Use of the SILVA Platform:

SILVA provides AI-assisted jewellery valuation and secure portfolio management.

When you upload information, including images, descriptions, or documents, you grant SILVA permission to process and store this data for valuation and account management purposes. Access to features may depend on your subscription tier and billing status.

User Content & Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the content you upload as an individual customer, outside of using one of SILVAs verified partners. Including its accuracy, legality, and ownership.

SILVA accepts no responsibility for valuation discrepancies resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or missing item data.

Intellectual Property:

All SILVA technology, software, algorithms, branding, and interface elements are the property of Exponenture Ltd or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform solely for personal or professional valuation purposes per these Terms.

Valuation Disclaimer:

SILVA’s valuations are based on algorithmic assessment and real-time market data.
They are intended as guidance and should not be considered legally binding or equivalent to a certified appraisal.

Always consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal, or insurance decisions based on SILVA valuations.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, SILVA shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or data
  • Inability to access or use the platform

This applies even if SILVA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination of Access:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SILVA without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use is fraudulent, harmful, or abusive
  • You fail to meet your payment obligations
  • Legal or compliance conditions require it

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • If you cancel your monthly subscription within 7 days of receiving a valuation or certification, you will be charged: The standard monthly fee, and an additional one-time valuation fee, based on current pricing
  • No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions once a valuation or document has been generated
  • Your account access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

This protects SILVA from use-once and cancel behaviour while keeping the service flexible.

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Annual plans are discounted based on a 12-month commitment
  • The fee accounts for services rendered, system usage, and discounted access
  • SILVA reserves the right to adjust refund eligibility based on account activity and support load.
  • If you cancel before the end of the term, your refund will be prorated and subject to a cancellation deduction: Table below: 

This ensures fairness and sustainability across long-term users and high-usage accounts.

Changes to These Terms:

SILVA may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of changes via the platform or email. Continued use of SILVA after updates indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.

Third-Party Services:

If SILVA partners with third parties (e.g., insurers, payment processors), we ensure they meet strict security and compliance standards. We will never share your data without your consent or a reasonable cause.
